This week we sat down to chat with Helen Peris. Helen is a fitness model, photographer, music producer, cat mom, and a truly beautiful human inside and out. We had a great time talking about her on and off modeling career since she was 14, her short adventure in reality TV, living and shooting (photos) all over the world.
