109. Relationship Lessons from The Election

This week we sat down to have a conversation about how we handled ourselves during the election and it basically turned into an argument. We were hesitant to post it but we like to keep it real over here at The Sheppards. Plus we know we aren’t alone and sometimes it helps to hear from others to deal with your own thoughts and feelings. We learned some things about each other as well as how to handle similar situations moving forward. A relationship is growing together, learning from mistakes and moving on from them.

We hope you enjoy this episode and would love to hear how you dealt with the elections, it was a hard one for us all no matter what side you are on.

Sending you all love and positive vibes
